Local Plan.org Brings information about planning and citizen participation at a neighborhood level to the web.   Book reviews, tools and techniques in the areas of sustainability, GIS, transportation, urban agriculture, etc.

Institute for Eco-Municipality Education and Assistance.  International organization supporting local governments that have officially adopted The Natural Step sustainability principles and committed to a bottom up, participatory approach to implementing them.
